We completed a constructability assessment and preliminary design options at the vacant space located on the ground level of The Round Parking Garage in Beaverton, OR. This assessment was performed to aid ownership in decision-making to prepare the space to sell or lease to tenants. During this assessment PSC collected ROM estimates from subcontractors, architect/engineers, created demising options, and compiled data and created analytic reports based on market insights for the area.
