We helped FJC through the due diligence process during acquisition of a 64,000 sq ft. building to house the new Family Peace Center. We assessed site and constructability conditions, managed inspections, created cost analysis reports, and provided MEP assessments. We then moved into design development and worked in partnership with the design team, ownership, and FJC stakeholders to customize the space for more than 20 individual partners providing wrap-around services for domestic violence survivors.
