Haven House is a group residential facility owned by Clackamas County in partnership with non-profit Bridges to Change and the Oregon Department of Corrections. Haven House provides safe housing for men who have been released from prison and offers services to support their transition back into the community.

This project was a full renovation due to flooding. We worked as a team with the owner and architect to develop strategies for foreseen and unforeseen repairs and upgrades, including mold mitigation, structural repair and upgrades, MEP replacement and upgrades, siding, window, and roof replacement.
