This project was a full Design/Build remodel of three suites in OCA’s administration building.

Ste. 101- convert one large open space into four offices, conference room, training room, and storage room. Walls and storefront using the DIRTT modular system, acoustical treatments for privacy, new flooring, and lighting upgrades.

Ste. 102- upgraded flooring and add floor outlets

Ste. 202- (in progress) HVAC redesign, raise ceiling height with new grid, tiles, and soffits, upgrade lighting, add walls, doors, and windows.
