Silverton Hotel

Preconstruction services for a new European-inspired boutique hotel featuring public retail and café space, a rooftop bar, and spa amenities. The project brings together an international design team, including architects in Chile and Portland and an award-winning design team in Barcelona, Spain. Located on a constrained site with challenging terrain, the development requires excavation for two below-grade levels, careful coordination with neighboring properties, and strategic planning around limited regional subcontractor availability.

PSC is leading construction budgeting, subcontractor outreach and evaluation, constructability reviews, site logistics, and schedule development. The initial phase focuses on preparing a detailed preliminary construction budget and schedule to support project financing. Subsequent preconstruction efforts are anticipated to include continued design coordination, value engineering, procurement planning, and development of a GMP, with construction targeted to begin in summer 2027.
