Vision Diesel

Ground-up, new construction of a 17,000 sq ft. diesel automotive shop. PSC is currently helping with land procurement, zoning and code compliance with the city of Canby, and we selected the realtor and architect on behalf of the client. The shop will include advanced HVAC and electrical systems, 10 work bays, rollup garage doors, mezzanine storage loft, diagnostic (dyno) testing room, reception desk, show room with storefront, offices, conference room, and gym. The site work will include adding a parking lot, covered staging areas, and perimeter fencing. We will also do city-required upgrades to the street, curbs, and landscaping.
