Renovation of a 12,000 sq ft. office building into a counseling center for high-risk youth, teens, and adults. The project includes removal of existing modular wall system, addition of offices, counseling, and conference rooms, kitchen/lounge area, laundry facilities, bathroom/shower, updated lighting, and full exterior re-clad/paint.
